Yes, we are! There is a $250 non-refundable deposit and $35 monthly fee.
There are five(5) areas of verification TREK performs when processing an application:Occupancy, Credit, Affordability, Prior Rental History and Criminal History. Specific screening criteria can be provided by our leasing office or viewed here. Applicants will sign the criteria at the time of application.
No, Jeremiah Village is a welcoming community to a variety of residents. The ASD are spread out through the property and the preference allows individuals on the spectrum an environment to flourish. To learn more about the preference, visit the Welcoming Community FAQ.
